Daiwa Roynet Hotel NAHA-OMOROMACHI PREMIER

Location, close to many shops, monorail, and rental car company. The bed is so comfy, and the amenity is more than enough and also with high quality. The staff is very friendly and speak enough English.

Rooms are big.

No parking, located at a busy intersection with no porte-cochère for drop-off. Navigating to the second-floor lobby with a car is a hassle. Very self-service—check-in, breakfast vouchers, and scanning feel cold and clinical, far from five-star. Plus, it’s a steep 30-minute walk to International Street.

Spacious. Helpful staff. Location. Near two malls and yui monorail. I arrived from the north by bus, bus station is just across the street.

Noise from construction site and traffic. Window was not closed when i first entered the room (safety issue). Also heard noise from upstairs.

The beds are very comfortable and you can get a King which is nice because it is not common in Japan. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower and bathtub which is closed by a door so nothing gets wet outside of it. There is a separate section for the toilet away from the shower on the other side of the room which is nice so you don’t have to disturb your partner. The parking is conveniently located on the first floor. There is a 7-11 on the 1st floor as well which is open 24/7 which is nice. It’s located very close to the airport and central Naha. The amenities are great. For a 4 star hotel it’s very reasonably priced.

It’s not on the beach, which would have been nice but I didn’t book another hotel in time for that.

I booked a room for 3. The third bed was a smaller bed added to the room so there was very little to no space for luggage. Not a true 3 bed room. Plus the added bed was shorter

I like the friendly staff and the size of the room. Location is great and near to most of the shopping streets.

The bathroom has a glass door and I am shy as I was sharing room with friends! I am looking for a gym but there is none in this hotel.

New equipment and good position.The overall stay was very pleasant, except the check-out process, which felt quite unfriendly.

Traveling with an infant often involves unexpected situations. For a room priced at 19,000 yen per night, charging an additional 1,000 yen for exceeding the check-out time by just 15 minutes seems unreasonable. However, even if a charge is applied, I have no objections. But I suggest that the charge should have been communicated to us in the second phone call directly, rather than demanding we rush downstairs within two minutes and then charging us 1,000 yen for a one-hour overtime fee.BTW, I didn’t blame the staff; I believe they were just following orders. I'm blaming the entire system, which is very unfriendly to families with children

Position was only a ten minute walk from monorail to hotel. Had a room on the 13th floor over the street and in the distance you could just see the water. Bathroom was a wet area bath and shower in a room. Toilet was separate..Bed was comfortable. There was a mall across the road which had everything you could want especially food for a meal. Hotel’s restaurant was good for breakfast and also for dinner. It also had a microwave to heat anything you got for a meal, this was handy

Excellent location. Close to central Naha but not right in the midst of the traffic jams. Room is good size. Very clean, comfortable, modern. Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful, despite language. Near to Naha Main Place shopping centre. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Not too touristy.

Could smell the smoke in the corridor. Should ban smoking on all floors in this day and age. Or else assign guests who don’t smoke to non-smoking floor. Thankfully smell in the room was ok.

Location is great! Only a few steps from a Yui Line station. There is a HUGE shopping mall just a few steps away. Rooms are wide and slient. Bathroom is perfect, coin-op laundry is perfectly usable. There's a locker room to leave your luggage a little bit after checking out.

It is quite convenient as there is a big mall in front of the hotel.A couple of public car parks.It is a good hotel to stay if you do not drive.

Did not like that there is restriction when one parks their car at the hotel. They have parking hours, you cannot park late in the night or to take your car out earlier because there is no staff on duty to bring the car down.It is auto park, someone will guide us into the auto park and then make payment with the staff. It is quite expensive. Landed up we park at the public carpark opposite the hotel because we have an early flight to catch which is 0600 hrs.For this matter, it is not so convenient, if you have a car.

The hotel is brand new, offering a very comfortable stay. It’s conveniently accessible from Naha Airport via an express bus, with a 20-minute journey that drops you just a 2-minute walk from the hotel entrance. We used the same bus service for our return trip, the airport-bound bus stop located on the opposite side of the road.A major highlight is the hotel’s location, with a large mall right next door and the upscale DFS Mall just a few minutes away on foot. The fish market and the bustling tourist street, known for its wide variety of dining options, are also within a walkable distance of 15 to 20 minutes.One minor drawback is the transparent bathroom door, which might feel a bit awkward for families. However, a wooden door (without a lock) separates the bedroom and bathroom areas, providing some privacy. Overall, we would happily stay here again on our next visit to Naha!

The breakfast was good, but there weren't many options. The room was well-designed and beautiful, with a comfortable bed. Overall, the hotel is very new. Highly recommended!

The distant from the hotel to Kokusai-dori Shopping Street is quite far and takes a long time to walk, so I opted to take a taxi instead. The room we stayed in had noise from footsteps coming from the floor above until almost 1:00 AM when it finally stopped, indicating that the soundproofing from the upper floor is not very effective. Other than that, there’s nothing to complain about.

The overall facilities in the room are excellent!

Room cleaning could be improved, while the design of the Restaurant is not friendly and narrow, especially to the kids.

Location is great. The breakfast is good, very convenient inside the hotel. The convenience store is an added bonus to it.
